As all of our products (and many of our ingredients) are crafted in small, truly handmade batches, please allow ample time for shipping and processing. The average shipping time after an order placed is anywhere from 7-21 days.
In cases where a rushed order is desired, please contact us directly through the contact link on this page for inquiries, before placing your order. We are always happy to do this whenever possible!! There is no extra charge (unless you request overnight shipping).
RETURNS
It is of utmost importance to us that you love your botanicals! If for any reason you dislike something you've ordered, please contact us immediately to discuss a refund or an exchange. In most circumstances, we will ask that you return the item in order to receive a refund. Custom orders are generally non-refundable once agreed upon.
