I consider one on one mentoring to be like a sacred friendship. In my experience both being mentored by beloved guides, as well as in mentoring others, I have found a transformational tenderness that arises from walking together on the luminous path to Soul. For me, ongoing sessions with my own mentor help keep my heart's vision clear and open as I navigate my own mysteries.
Mentoring sessions are one hour long and include important invitations and "homework" for you to delve into between our meetings. The realms we enter will be specific to your own deepest longings and dreams. This work is about stepping into a more soulful life, in loving service to Self and the planet ~ so that you, too, may announce your place in the family of things, as Mary Oliver says. This work is greatly about moving toward the embodiment of your deepest Essence self, to bring forth the gifts you are here to give.
Depending on what you feel called by, our sessions may include:
~ Courting your unique relationship with Mystery and imaginative gifts
~ Interspecies communication guidance
~ Dream tending and dreamwork
~ Earth communion as a map to self-love and wholeness
~ Tracking patterns and messages from the other-than-human world
~ Soul poetry, art, prayer, and beauty as offerings and ritual
~ Plant, animal + flower spirit medicine for beneficial partnership
~ Sacred gardening and earth stewardship as soul work
~ Practices & self-generated ceremony for communing with the moon, stars and elemental forces
Please note that these sessions are not therapy sessions, nor are they life coaching sessions: Rather, this work is about tracking a deeper layer of the heart's dreams and longings than our psyches usually allow us to access. If you have questions about this, please reach out for more clarity.
I encourage a 15-20 minute phone call to check in with each other about whether one on one work would be a good fit for both of us. Please just reach out to me to set up a time.
Timing: I am on US mountain time, and offer sessions from 10 am to 6 pm.
Calls may be slightly over an hour depending on what we're working with that day, and in general it can be beneficial not to schedule anything else within an hour after a mentoring call. How often we meet is mostly up to you, but a general guideline is somewhere between every two weeks to once per month.
Meeting: The meetings may occur via zoom, whatsapp or regular phone. Typically we meet via audio call only, as this allows us to dive deeper into the inner layers of the heart than the distraction of a video call.
Cost: A one hour session is $125. Sessions are $100 each when you commit to a series of 6 sessions. If cost is a challenge, please don't hesitate to reach out so we can talk about a sliding scale option that works for you.
